Repairs to Plant Spur Tracks, Texarkana, Texas - Expiration Date - September 30, 1962. 4,998.00: Purchase of 1962 Ford Truck, Woodward, Oklahoma (International truck will be traded in for allowance of $1,015.00) - Expiration Date - May 31, 1962. 14,200.00: Morris P. The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu facturing Committee to dispose of Equipment, of Modern Stitching, Inc. at Michigan City, Indiana, for best price over $25,000.00. The Committee authorized the donation to The Board of Public Instruction of Duval County, Florida of five (5) acres of land owned by the Company and known as Tract 24, Cuzner's Replat of Auburn, Duval County, Florida, said property having an appraised value of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00). Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following reso lution was unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, That A. E. Swanson be and he hereby is appointed Manager of the Batavia Plant of the DoehlerJarvis Division of the Company, effective as of May 1, 1962, in succession to F. B. Copeland, retired.
