During the last safety eurvey at the Stratford plant, our engineering representative expressed concern regarding eeveral exposure which he
did not include in hie letter of confirmation. The itene noted vert Industrial Hygiene, Pollution and Equipment Operations exposures. Reynolds corporate safety and haalch units hava made surveys at this
location so they ate probably on top of them. Zf not arrangements should be aade to follow up*
