We have concluded that following the sale of the Firestone complex here at Pottstown, all employment and medical records for retired and/or deceased employees were sent to Firestone in Akron, Ohio. Since all of the employees listed in the attached worksheets are former Firestone employees who died prior to the sale date in December 1980, their records would be with Firestone. I believe you were advised of this in our 1982 update response. Please indicate in your future status reports that the 57 worksheets are Firestone's responsibility and not Occidental's.
