On other litigation news, a federal appellate court is requesting EPA quickly file a brief defending its administrative stay of several requirements of the Obama-era oil and gas methane standards after several environmental groups urged the court to block the pause - a first legal test of a Trump action to roll back or revise GHG regulations.
