Bio-Rad's concerns stem from the fact that their products and use-cases, particularly analytical laboratory devices serving the Life Sciences industry, due to their innovative nature, are not adequately represented by any industry body. In the letter, Simon May, Ph.D., EVP & President, Life Sciences Group, Bio-Rad, asks for a possible meeting between his team and your team to discuss the company's use of PFAS and possible solutions for a transition period.
