I would suggest that you take full advantage of the Division Safety Office's axoerience and submit your drafted orogram for edification orior to having it eublished. The published orogram should be reoresentative of tha Construction Division as to both quality and cost. Division axparianca in 1963 indicates that wa have not as yet obtained tha maximum benefit which can be derived through tha apolieation of previously initiated fundamentals such as screening (new and old craftsman and suoarvlslon), Job olaeamant, abstracts, stability, S.T.A., olannlng, orientation or training, and insoactlon. It is anticioatad that tha subjact matter of your orogram will be so designed to include all the aooroorlate fundamentals and so directed that oeoole are caused to comoly. Emohasis must be oiaced on follow-up by all echelons of supervision.
