I have to say sorry about one-side offer of us, but we have thought the early sould be the best. As mentioned in the facsimile transnission of us on 5th Sept., very sorry to say, Mr. Ehara (The President of Additives & Chemicals Div.) of D.I.C., comes to not be able to visit EPA because of his urgent duty in this time.
