Dr. R.A. Kehoe, Dept, of Fiiysiology, College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, TJ.3.A.
Dear Dr. Kehoe,
Medical Supervision - Pladjoe.
We have just been advised by the Asiatic Petroleum Company that an Ethyl blending plant which is proposed for their refinery at Pladjoe in Sumatra has now progressed towards its final stage. They informed us that Dr. M.N. Arends is acting as medical consultant for this point, but we are not clear from their letter as to whether or not he is their own refinery doctor. I should rather imagine that this is the case, but Mr. Tully should be able to give you detailed information on this point as a result of his recent visit there.
Whatever Dr. Arends' status is I imagine that you will wish to get into direct touch with him, and we have been requested that all correspondence should be addressed C/o. The Administrator, N/V. de Bataafsche Petroleum Mi j , Pladjoe-by-Palembang, Sumatra, .D.E.I.
Yours very truly,
