Preparation: (1)Added 284 ml of the sludgepreparationin each beaker,(2)added 26 ml of syntheticsewage feedto each beaker,and (3)in testand referenceexposures,added therequiredamounts of the testand referencesubstances,respectively(,4)and dilutedeach exposure to 800 ml with carbon-treatewdater.
Incubationand aeration: 19.9* to 20.0*C and vigorousaeration.
