FACILITY DESCRIPTION Intelligent Mexican Marketing, LLC dba Latino Factor ("Latino Factor") is a company incorporated and doing business in the state of Texas that specializes in the wholesale distribution or sale of grocery products from Mexico and/or other Hispanic/Latino countries of origin. The company operates a warehouse facility located at 2241 South Watson Road, #121, Arlington, Texas 76010. According to sources available online, the company generates an approximate $7.8 million in annual revenue. Section II - OBSERVATIONS EPA Inspectors Lee McMillan and I arrived at Latino Factor on November 20, 2025, at approximately 2:35PM. We were allowed entry into the facility by Ms. Maria Aria, a human resources employee affiliated with Latino Factor, and then joined by Ms. Itzel Salazar, an accounting employee affiliated with Latino Factor's purported Mexican parent company, Ingeniera y Economa del Transporte S.M.E.M.P., S.A. (INECO). After explaining the scope of the inspection, we proceeded to a nearby seating area where I presented my federal credential and a Notice of Inspection (EPA Form 3540-2) to Ms. Aria, which she signed. I asked about Latino Factor's business activities and whether the company distributes or sells any pesticides including disinfectants. Ms. Aria and Ms. Salazar stated that they did not think so. I asked if any products were being held in inventory on the premises and was informed that the company had a variety of products in its warehouse portion of the facility. Inspector McMillan and I then followed Ms. Aria and Ms. Salazar into the warehouse to review the products being held in inventory. None appeared to be regulated under FIFRA. Upon exiting the warehouse, we proceeded back to the seating area where I reviewed the inspection findings and discussed next steps with the company representatives. I then provided a copy of the Notice of Inspection as well as an EPA Small Business Resources Information Sheet to Ms. Aria. The inspection concluded at approximately 3:30PM.
