Russ Furley, chairman of the committee, and I are looking forward to working with you during an active year in safety programming for all office workers. The purpose of this committee is to provide safety programming of all types, including safety meetings for safety personnel wherever their offices are located. Weldon Nonnenmacher, Loss Prevention and Safety representative of your committee, will work with our department to link the committee to the Plant Manager's Safety Board. Your support of, and participation in, all plant-wide safety programs is needed, expected, and will be appreciated. Safety meetings for office workers will normally be scheduled once quarterly with additional meetings whenever there is a sub ject of particular need or interest. Before the end of your one year term, you will have the opportunity to nominate your replacements, with final selection being made by the Safety and Housekeeping ActioA Committee.
