The reason you haven't been able to contact Richard Parrott is that he has resigned from GP - and has been replaced by Tim Tabor, who rou may have met in Tulsa, he was inside sales and handled gypsum. The question that comes to mind tho is, are we doing something formula wise to effect as good a result with the asbestos free as with the old? There is similarity in the nature of the complaints on the asbestos free R/M and All Purpose such as short open time, watery flow, etc. Are these problems being worked on?
