Sweeny, Ph.D. Envlrogenlcs Co. 9200 East Flair Drive El Monte, California 91734 The samples were taken at the discharge of the Sauget Waste Treatment Plant to the Mississippi River. The WGK laboratory analyzed the PCB content at 1? ppb (parts per billion). This amount is equivalent to a discharge of 1.5 lbs. of PCB per day to the Mississippi River. /tm Edward E.
