A copy of the inspection report is included as an attachment to this letter. Specific comments, informed by the inspection, are as follows: Please provide a site plan (or plans) showing locations of sediment basins and approximate flow paths, sufficient to calculate area draining to each basin. Provide calculations showing capacity for each sediment basin, as implemented on September 6, 2022. If any basins have been rebuilt or significantly modified since then, also provide updated calculations of capacity. Provide calculations done to demonstrate compliance with 2.2.12.c of the Construction General Permit, covering sediment basin sizing.
