Bill Buckner, the president of the Noble Research Institute, and I will be in DC on the 20th of September. We have meetings through 3:30pm - out last meeting being at the Heritage Foundation.
We were curious if there would be an opportunity to visit with you or others at EPA about your or Administrator Pruitt's vision for this conservation/land stewardship effort that we discussed during your recent visit to Oklahoma. We could be available at 4:00PM on September 20th.
