Incinerator (VCM) experience and related problems. 3. Any VCM groundwater problems/experience? 4. How do companies fare in meeting <1 ppm limit in Pilot Plants? 5. What methods and procedures are used to meet the 1 ppm limit in Pilot Plants? 6. If masks are worn in Pilot Plants, what types are used? 7. What are ambient PVC dust levels in PVC plant areas? How are these measured? 8. What are spill containment measures for remote tanks on roofs, etc.? 9. What is practice on electrical classification of various areas of plant? 10. What is practice on sprinkler protection - deluge vs closed? 11. What is amount of backup instrumentation in computer controlled plants? 12. Can there be an update on experience on stress corrosion cracking? 13. What are problems, etc. in handling equipment containing PCB's? 14. Can a poll be taken on any chest xray results concerning PVC dust? 15. How is industry using data from personnel area and medical monitoring to develop controls - is the information being used? 16. How is area monitoring information developed into periodic or annual summary to represent the most "normal" state? 17. What is industry reaction to discharging relief valves to atmosphere or gas; bolder? 18. Trends for EPA/OSHA standards - no change? more restrictive? less restrictive? T9.
