Tenneco Chemicals, Inc. } * Chemical Manufacturers Association VINYL CHLORIDE PROGRAM PANEL J PHASE VIII COMMITMENT On November 14,1980, an ad hoc group of vinyl chloride industry representatives approved with some modifications, a proposal by Environmental Health Associates (EHA) to update an epidemio logical study of vinyl chloride workers (per attached minutes). A $300,000 budget is projected for completion of the study.
