|... we went to court, where appellate judges are formally implementing their June ruling that scrapped a requirement for EPA to conduct a sweeping review of the effect {that its climate and air rules have had on coal sector employment, highlighting that {coal firms that pursued the litigation did not seek to appeal the ruling.
Out in California, a clean energy group is finding that the state's transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions are rising due to relatively low gasoline prices and longer commutes, heightening the need for tougher vehicle regulations if the state is going to achieve its 2030 and 2050 GHG targets.
