According to Cy, the American Chemical Company is not moving nearly all of their VCM capacity and would be very much interested in'making some Lend of a deal with another company which would result in greater utilisation of their monomer facilities on the Vest Coast. I did not pursue the matter with Cy, but felt the matter might be of interest to you. I may have received a one- sided story but from what Cy says, Stauffer has the upper hand in running the American Chemical Company since the president of the company is a Stauffer man.
