This was initiated by Exxon. I'm not sure I agree with Exxon's premise on why the panel is needed but I need your thoughts on the desirability of Vista's participation. An exploratory meeting is being held in Washington on October 9th. I need your thoughts on the following: 1. Is it need? 2. Should we participate? 3. If so, who should attend the exploratory meeting.
