I just spoke with Alexander Dominguez from Mandy's office. They have worked within their offices, and Samantha Dravis, Associate Administrator of EPA's Office of Policy, will be stepping in to speak as the Keynote.
Ms. Dravis' Chief of Staff will be in touch with Cindy and me (Alex will be connecting us) and we'll work to get all the information updated on our end (i.e., website, promotions, final program).
Alex, My sincerest thanks to you and Ms. Gunasekara's office for working so diligently with us on our Keynote speaker even with Mandy's schedule change. On behalf of the Association we truly appreciate EPA's support and participation.

Alex, What can we do to resolve the scheduling issue? Do we need to find a last minute replacement? It is probably too late to reflect the change in the Final Program.
