Do you have about 30 minutes of availability for a phone call either tomorrow or Monday? I'd like to go through some logistical details with our producer, JoAnna Miller (copied on this email) for the conversation itself. This will just be about the Administrator's time in the general session room on stage-we'll go over exactly what he can expect when he enters the room.
Just let me know a time and I'll send a calendar invite for a conference call - JoAnna and I are not based in the same office so have to conference our calls in.
