ETHEL CORPORATION Dayton Division Dayton, Ohio April 2, 1943 Mr. Harry A. Mack Seymour Ina. Carbon-Tetrachloride Poison Dear Harry: , This is just to report that the above individual, upon whom I have reported previously, is now well and back at work. This information came to me Wednesday from Mr. Robert B. Lorch, Louisville District Safety Engineer of the U. S. Engineers, who had first reported the case to me. Lorch said the Indianapolis Clinic, to whom was' sent for treatment, had told him (Lorch) that would iundoubtedly have died if he had not been given correct diagnosis and treatment. In other w;ords had the first doctor's diagnosis been allowed to stand as lead poison ing it would have been too bad. Very truly yours S/ Louis M. Slack, Jr. LOUIS M. SLACK, JR.
