In discussing asbestos handling requirements, it would-be helpful to separate routine maintenance and repair work from demolition -------type work entirely, with several examples of the former for clarity. 2. Since specific reference is made to special clothing requirements -- in Attachments I and II, it seems that some comment in regard to this should be included in the Safety and Security summary. 3. The requirement to keep asbestos bearing material wet during the -removal and handling period slows down the work and makes the clean-up job more difficult.
