My practice has been almost exclusively focused on Clean Air Act matters. I have been involved in countless regulatory development efforts. I also have litigated numerous administrative law cases, primarily in the DC Circuit. I have counseled numerous clients on compliance and enforcement matters related to Clean Air Act requirements. Perhaps most importantly, I previously served for two years as the Acting Assistant Administrator for OAR at the US Environmental Protection Agency.
