This demolition work will start May 1, 1981. The boilers and supportingequipment are insulated with friable abestos insulation, so, insulation will be removed as the first step and landfilled in the designated abestos landfill located on the plant site. All precautions' outlined in 40 CFR 61.20-61.25 will be observed. This letter will serve as notification of this work, as required by 40 CFR 61.22 (d) (2).
