DESCRIPTION OF FACILITY - Approximately 1000 linear feet to be removed IV. ADDRESS OF SITE - Same as above V. SCHEDULE START AND COMPLETION DATES - January - December 1980 VI. NATURE OF PLANNED RENOVATION AND METHODS EMPLOYED - Deteriorated asbestos containing insulation is wetted in accordance with Section 61.22(d)(k)(ii) and removed. It is then replaced with the non-asbestos containing insulation. VII. DISPOSAL PRACTICES - The wetted asbestos is placed in plastic bags and buried at the plant site in accordance with Section 6l.22(j) and 61.25(a),(e)(2). VIII.
