Glass Central Files 7> PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT MON-1076 I have just completed a safety contact with Mr. Ray Saenz, in which we discussed the hazards of laying scaffold boards in Cooling Tower 8 to work on the fan gear boxes. Mr. Saenz brought out repeatedly the extreme hazard to personnel safety involved with this job. I believe there is a high risk of a serious injury or perhaps a fatality from falling to the bottom of CT8 while laying the boards. My comments, along with Mr. Saenz's, are on the safety contact card. I am writing this letter to highlight what I now believe to be a very hazardous job which I fear might possibly be over looked among as many as are being covered in this program.
