HURLEX HEADS ATLANTIC BRANCH PIGMENT DIVISION William F. Hurley, formerly assistant manager of the Atlantic Branch, has been appointed manager of the Atlantic Branch Pigment Division. CHANGES MADE IN PACIFIC COAST BRANCH Daniel D. Roberts, manager of the Portland Division of the Pacific Coast Branch, has been named manager of the Pacific Coast Branch, succeeding James ' L. Caruth, who died on December 23. Charles H. Sondhaus, industrial relations director, becomes assistant branch manager. Kenneth C. Specht, assistant manager of the Southern Division, has been appointed manager of that division, succeeding Harry S. Irwin, who retires on December 31. COALE BECOMES CHIEF ENGINEER George B. Coale, assistant chief engineer of the Company, has been appointed chief engineer, in succession to Andrew Mayer, who retires Decem ber 31.
