Can let me know as soon as you can - how many people will be coming, Mr. Pruitt, his staff, his security, and their boot sizes? US sizing is fine. I realise this might take some time. Everyone on site including security will need to wear PPE (metatarsal boots, vests, safety glasses and carry gloves), we will have all these for them but will take a few days to order the boots so that they are here in a week. Lastly, they will also need to wear long sleeve shirts and pants. Most folks were jeans, but khakis are fine as well. Many thanks Sent from my iPhone On Aug 24, 2017, at 8:51 AM, Hupp, Millan wrote: Ray - could we modify the schedule just a bit to have us departing Sydney at 9:30AM on Sunday. Just pushing the start time back one hour, please? I understand this would get us back to Sydney at 2:00PM. We would still forgo any sort of lunch on site. Thank you so much, 17cv01906 Sierra Club v. We project five hours including travel from Sydney -- leaving at 8:30 and returning by I :00 pm. This involves a surface tour only and a brief presentation highlighting the story about a mine in the outskirts of Sydney that coexists with the local community. We think it will be an interesting perspective to show Mr Pruitt. If Mr Pruitt is interested in an underground visit, it can be accomplished but will add considerable time (3 hours). We are happy to accommodate an underground visit if this is important to Mr Pruitt. Let me know what you think. Many thanks -Ray 17cv01906 Sierra Club v.
