Ziegfeld, Secretary-Treasurer The meeting was called to order with Mr. Fletcher in the chair. The minutes of the previous meeting of November 30, 195L, were ap proved. JOINT LEASE WITH AMERICAN ZINC INSTITUTE The chairman then discussed the possibility of the Lead Industries Association and the American Zinc Institute occupying adjoining office space in the 3ame building, with some joint facilities such as, perhaps a joint reception room and board room. He said that the matter had been discussed earlier in the day at an Executive Committee meeting of the AZI and that that committee had approved such a plan. It was, thereupon regularly moved, seconded and carried that the secre tary proceed to work with the AZI towards the occupation of adjoining office space under a five-year lease at a maximum rental of about $6.10 per square foot per year.
