It would be appreciated if you would confirm to us in writing the information which you gave the writer verbally, as follows:
1. - That PEMARAOYA vail not have to pay any assessment for any deliveries of lead metal that they would make to any Government Agency, i.e. GSA, Stock pile, etc*
2. - That the Lead Industries Association considers that the Societe des Fonderies Penarroya/Zellidja at Oued-el-Heimer, French Morocco, is an inde pendent Company; that PSNARAOYA/ZELLIDJA is not in any way a member of the Association and that ary shipments of lead which they might make to the USA will not in any way be construed as assessable against Societe Miniere St Metallurgique do FENARMOYA's membership.
Would you please also give us some details as to when PENARAOYA's application will be considered as well as some details as to the mechanics of the actual payment of assessments*
In the event that this application for membership is not considered before the forthcoming Concvention, it would be appreciated if the writer could neverthe less receive an invitation to attend this Convention*
