Election of four new members to the Hourly Safety Committee will take place December 16 thru December 23, 1981. This election is to provide membership from:
Group II (Maintenance - Mechanical Crafts) Group IV (Cafeteria, Control Lab, Guards,
Materials Handling and Polyethylene Lab)
The elected members will serve for one year beginning January 1, 1982.
Election of representatives from Group I (Operations) and Group III (Maintenance - Non-mechanical Crafts) will be held in June 1982 to take office July 1, 1982.
The attached ballots are to be distributed to all hourly employees in your respective departments. They should be in the hands of your people by December 16, 1981.

HOURLY SAFETY COMMITTEE ELECTION
During the week of December 16-23, 1981, the Hourly employees will elect four new members to the Hourly Safety Committee. This election is to provide membership from:
Group II (Maintenance - Mechanical Crafts) Group IV (Cafeteria, Control Lab, Guards,
Materials Handling and Polyethylene Lab)
The elected members will serve for one year beginning January 1, 1982. Election of representatives from Group I (Operations) and Group III (Maintenance - Non-mechanical Crafts) will be held in June 1982 to take office on July 1, 1982.
Ballots for the election will be distributed by your Contact Supervisor. Ballot boxes will be placed in the following locations:
1. Main Gate
2. West Gate
3. Shops Building Tool Room
The Hourly Safety Committee has made many valuable contributions to our safety program in the past. Help elect those persons that will strive to make it an even more effective committee in the future!
