This waiver is granted under the following conditions: 1* The following increments of progress for construction of equipment to achieve compliance with the standards must be attained no later than the dates specified as follows: a Purchase order issued June 1, 1987 b. On-site construction started c On-site installation completed November 1, 1987 i January 1, 1988 d* Final compliance achieved February 1, 1988 2* Mr* James T* Wilburn, Chief, Air Compliance Branch, EPA Region IV must be notified in writing no later than 10 days after each increment has been achieved* 3. During the the waiver, an emission test demonstrating compliance with the standards must be performed on the affected equipment with est methods pursuant to 40 CFR 61*245 and an. emission test submitted as set forth in 40 CFR 61*13* 7150 r A 2 4. If at any tin ERA determines that your source is creating a situation of iwinent endangezment, this office will notify you as to what steps are necessary to prevent insainent endangerment. Such steps mist be taken by the date provided in such notice* This waiver may be terminated at anytime if the above conditions are not met.
