Can you suggest anyone, preferably a female for gender equity. Bob Sussman is on the Policy panel, we have also asked Connie from Dow to be on the Policy panel. I think with that we do have good balance. LYNN L. BERGESON MANAGING PARTNER BERGESON & CAMPBELL PC 2200 Peimsj'lvania Avenue, N.W. I've also noticed that the agenda seems to be missing the perspective of the chemical manufacturer, processor and distributor. Are the law firms representing this sector? Its hard to tell as I know that Dimitri and Ben worked on the statute on the hill so they could likely be providing that perspective. Its important to ensure that all the perspectives are part of the dialogue, don't you agree? Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 12 ED 002061 00050986-00002 Nancy Nancy B.
