Flag: Follow up To whom it concerns: With this email, Lhoist North America is requesting a Presidential Exemption from the Lime Manufacturing NESHAP (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart AAAAA) published in the Federal Register at 89 Fed. Reg. 57,738 (July 16, 2024). Lhoist North America is submitting this request in conjunction with the request submitted by the National Lime Association. However, this request (see attached file) more specifically recommends the President issue a two-year exemption for sources identified as "new" in addition to existing sources.
