October 8, 1969 ANNOUNCEMENT Since early in the year the Advertising Department for Service Parts Divisions, under the direction of Chuck Charpie, has been reporting to me through my . Administrative Assistant, Jack White. Effective immediately this will be changed to where Chuck Charpie and his group wiil report to Fred Macfee, General Manager of the Parts Craft Division. They in'turn will provide whatever services our c other Service Parts Divisions heed. This is designed to more effectively consolidate our Advertising Department within the Service Parts Divisions and make more effective use of our facilities. The Corporate photo laboratory will also become a part of this group on November 1, 1969.
