These plans have been held in abeyance pending receipt of additional information. When the system has been installed or altered, and is ready for test, kindly notify the office of the Division of Industrial Safety Service at the following address: New York State Department of Labor, Division of Industrial Safety Service, State Campus, Bldg. 12, Roan 423, Washington Ave., Albany, N.Y. Att: E. This approval is based upon conformance to standards and requirements of the Labor Law and to the applicable Industrial Codes of the State of New York. If any alterations of or additions to the above system are required which change its operating characteristics, it will be necessary for you to submit revised plans to the Division of Industrial Hygiene for approval prior to making such alterations or additions.
