In response to your question, you're right most of our experiences are with the 3-M Australia/SLOBERG F3 products that include (RF6, RF3 and RF1). The congressional response tends to review relevant comments to F3 foams dealing with SOLBERG. Also Back in 2003, we did a test series for NAVFAC that tested some other F3 foams, which also could not meet the MILSPEC requirements. Hope this helps!!
