The electron capture (EC) chromatograms of sample numbers 214, 213 and 218 were somewhat distorted with respect to standard Aroclor 1242 but still easily recognisable as Aroclor 1242. The EC chromatogram of sample number 213 did not resemble any Aroclor, per se; however, the material did survive the chemical and column treatments and It eluded in the same region as Aroclor 1242 - Aroclor 1260. It was calculated as Aroclor 1242.
