The map will be revised in Jan. 1995. J. Klimavicz will revise the brochure and send copies to Dr. Shah for distribution to the Panel for review by company legal departments. Dr. Shah will contact Formosa and Borden to see if they are in favor of approaching AAR directly on the issue of standardizing railcars with capping kits. Dr. Shah also will discuss the Panel's standardization activities with CMA Distribution Division and Legal Department staff to determine the procedure to submit the Panel recommendation to AAR. G. Marshall is compiling a list of VC railcars currently in use. Panel members should send car information to Mr. Marshall for incorporation into the general list. B. Wronko will investigate Niagara Falls as a possible VCNet training site, and G. Marshall will explore holding a session in the fall in Corpus Christi, TX. Panel members should bring copies of their transfer procedures for vinyl chloride to the Oct. 18 meeting for discussion purposes. The next Panel meeting is scheduled for Oct. 18, 1994 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A conference call to discuss the status of assignments is scheduled for September 7, 1994 at 9:30 a.m., EDT.
