The lead contact is Brian Bittner i Ex. 6 ] Brian will not be on the tour, but Wade Bittner i Ex. 6 will be.
Some of the facilities we will see have been the subject of USACE jurisdictional determinations. It would be helpful to have their local staffer, Jason Gipson, along on the tour to give detailed background and answer questions. He can only attend if he has USACE headquarters approval, and they will only approve if they get a request from EPA. (Yeah, I know, lots of crazy hoops). Are you OK if Jason attends and, if so, can someone at EPA HQ make the request of the Corps of Engineers?
I will send you a list of proposed invitees shortly.
