Item 3 of your letter requires an emission test during the period of the waiver. This letter is to advise you the emission test will be conducted September 4, 1987. The emission test will be conduct ed as specified in 40 CFR 61,65 (b)(8)(ii)(B). Two hundred valves will be randomly selected and tested in accordance with 40 CFR 61.245.
