This letter is to withdraw Mrs. Warren's claim against INA (Cigna). Since Cigna insured from 1978 to 1987 /Luo the last vinyl chloride polymerization was done in 1975, there would appear to be no claim for Mr. Warren's fatal angiosarcoma against Cigna. Angiosarcoma is specifically related to vinyl chloride exposure and Mr. Warren was exposed from 1948 thru 1975 but not thereafter.
