The Sub-committee will review accom plishments to date and make recommendations to the T&R Committee for future action. Barnhart as chairman of ASTM C-l6 T-VIII task group had received a number of negative ballots relative to this proposed specification. After some review it was agreed that J. D. McAllister would undertake, with the assistance of other T-VIII members, to propose resolutions for the negatives at the June 27 meeting of T-VIII.
