Re: VCM transfers Basis the Lake Charles S.O.P. transfe'r procedure dated 9/9/81 and the internal CTC memo of 2/4/81 (cc of both attached) do you see any problems with transfering some of the psig ranges to our S.O.P. "key points" section, e.g. 3(c) and 3(d) of the CTC memo? Also, can you establish what a mimimum flow rate should be, e.g. section of the CTC memo? This S.O.P. will become our part of the Appendix to the contract. Do you see any things else that should be on the S.O.P.? Secondly, from our November 30 meeting, the concensus was that if CTC doesn't check-out to within 0.23% of our values then we will mutually seek out the problem and resolve it. Will the plant accept this differential now that every thing is in place? Please advise. Thanks for your input.
