Dear Dr. Kehoe: I regret very much the delay in replying to your letters of July 9th and 24th, with regard to the new Rules and Regulations of the Medical Department and a statement of the scope of its work in connection with the sales manual which we are attempting to prepare, but I was sick at home for about ten days and then went away on a two weeks' vacation. Eddie Walter and I have both gone over the rules very carefully and think they are splendid. . Eddie has the suggestion that on page twelve under paragraph three of chapter D, it might read as follows: ' "Pipe lines and other apparatus used for ETHYLfluid" etc. Eddie had the impression from reading this particular paragraph that you might be re ferring to all pipe lines, although, of course, his judgment would tell him that you really only desired to refer to such lines as might have contained ETHYLfluid, tie would thank you, to please advise us if you agree with this We will use the Rules and Regulations and your other paper in full in connection with the sales manual. This manual, however, will be for our own use only and we think it would be veiy desirable to have a number of copies of the newRules and Regulations printed for distribution among our customers and other interested parties, the same as we have here tofore done. I think vie better have 2,000 copies made;up as they seem to be quite in demand. 1 Do you want to take care of this printing at your end or shall we have it done here.
