I appreciated the conversation about coal policy and regulation in the context of the Trump administration and under the EPA leadership of Administrator Pruitt. 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. As mentioned, I extend invitation to your or another senior EPA representative to join us at our August conference to speak on the status of EPA regulations and regulatory reform relative to coal mining and use. I am pleased that that EPA is engaging with our industry again and our conference delegates would welcome this opportunity to hear from EPA personally ACC's "Coal Market Strategies" conference will be held August 14-16, 2017 at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City. It is typically attended by approximately 100-125 senior level executives from across the coal industry - suppliers, traders, transporters, consumers, and services and support providers. Our 2017 conference theme is "Charting the Course for Coal 2017 and Beyond" and the program will address issues related to coal and energy markets, policy, regulation, and technology. The conference general sessions will be held from approximately 8:30 am-4 pm on August 15th and approximately 8:30 am-Noon on August 16th. At this time, remarks by EPA could be accommodated either day. I expect the speaking slot to be either 30 or 45 minutes.
