The VICTOPAC group of compressed asbestos-free sheet packings Is made from asbestos-free fibers and elastomeric binders. These high density materials are made by a calender sheeter process.
STCTQPAC 69 is made with asbestos-free fibers bonded with chloroprene binder. It is intended for use in applications where resistance to petroleum products and engine coolants is required. It withstands high fluid pressures and flange stress, and is also used for sealing gases.
Because of the binder's resistance to oaone, it has excellent shelf life. Recommended temperature
for adequately bolted installation is SOO^F (427C). The color is black. Material can be supplied with VICTOR 999 Antistick Coating.
