Although the data generated in this study did not meet the TSCA 8(e) `substantial risk' reporting threshold, 3M recognizes the ongoing work by the U .S . EPA to asses s fluorochemicals . Therefore, these data were provided to the EPA for inclusion in the 8(e) docket as a supplement to previous submissions . At the time of the June 2007 submission, the final report for this study was pending inclusion of results from analysis of pharmacokinetic samples .
