Seeking to find practical solutions to the current problem of plumbism in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan and Ohio, the conference will feature in-depth presentations by prominent knowledgeable individuals directly confronted with the medical, political and environmental aspects of childhood lead poisoning. The problem of childhood lead poisoning in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin will also be examined during the conference. . Those in attendance will be encouraged to express their pertinent concerns and make specific inquiries about, the childhood lead poisoning problem.
